Well. Diary sexps do not support time. So, we may already need to add
time info to diary sexps (at least, it is partially supported
by agenda). But if we add time support, the time stamp question also
arises.

Of course, more generally, there is also a question of things like
calendar displaying time in different time zone (for example, when
choosing timestamp date and time in `org-read-date').
