Happy to offer support here where possible, but I want to address the diversity 
of talks. I love the variety. Accepting every talk especially as the conference 
grows is likely unsustainable. We could consider creating an easy to achieve 
baseline and randomly choose from that pool the number of talks we need to 
fill. This would limit the talks to an okay level and would give us the added 
benefit of keeping things diverse.
