Thanks Sacha and David for your suggestions, and for committing them to
the repo. I agree with all the changes. I made some small and mostly
aesthetic tweaks to them but that's it. I will also check into the repo
an updated copy of the Org file I attached previously that I use to
export the ASCII version of the announcement that I send to lists.
As for measuring the outcomes of this experiment, yeah it would seem so.
