Would you consider having a non-Google-Forms option for your poll, maybe
e-mail submission? I think a number of people who might be interested in
attribution-based economics might also avoid either _javascript_ in
general or Google in particular, so it can be a good idea to have an
alternative way to see the questions and send in answers.
