Glancing at `emms-playlist-save' and `emms-playlist-mode-save-buffer', I
can't really tell that there is a difference. I did not write either of
them.
Therefore I would say yes, `emms-playlist-save' with a complementary
`emms-playlist-load' function would both satisfy my needs and be
consistent.
