Are you guys aware of volume.el?
http://www.brockman.se/software/volume-el/
It's 477 lines, compared to the ~200 lines in emms-volume.el
and emms-volume-amixer.el, but you might think it's worth it
for the graphical interface and the alsamixer support.
I've signed papers for EMMS so if you want I could just wave
my hands and say that I ``contribute'' this file to EMMS.
But on the other hand you might just think volume.el is
bloated and its implementation overkill. (forcer, I'm
looking at you.)
