[emms-help] MusicPD process now gets killed on stop and disconnect

I remember that someone from #emacs had problems with the MusicPD
client process not terminating right away.  I've taken care of that
now by having EMMS explicitly kill the process instead of waiting for
it to die (after ~10 sec of inactivity).
