It is solid, but before it should be used by millions of people, the
client-id "tst" has to be replaced with a valid id for emms. I requested
one at last.fm, but till now I didn't get any reply.

I think the interface is stable.
User Variables:
- `emms-lastfm-username'
- `emms-lastfm-password'
Functions:
- `emms-lastfm-activate' to activate/deactivate
The only things I want to change/enhance are under the hood and won't
affect the interface:
- make the variables customizable
- better error handling
- don't "forget" the current song, if you pause it
