Plus, how much of my training time do I want to devote to doing just one thing?
that act as exercise and practice. You just need to see it done and practice it a little. If they wanted something else, you need to be moving away fast. Some martial arts schools have matting on their walls just so students can practice this technique.
How about doing one push up first thing in the morning? How about doing one push up first thing in the morning? Plus, how much of my training time do I want to devote to doing just one thing?
First, I cross train, and I recommend cross-training. Sink into the chair and let the baby sink into you. Plenty is never enough for them and their lives will always be dominated by a need to grab what they can get and hang on to what they got. Your stamina will triple, as will your mental focus. Secondly, I do agree with the notion that most fights go to the ground .
People tend to seriously resent having their ass kicked, so if you do it to someone, the term LAST RESORT had best apply. Many people think form is useless.
Feel your feet being relaxed and getting traction as you pivot. Be an abundance thinker. Of course you can do more for a morning workout, and if you want to add something to the ten or fifteen push ups, by all means do so.
Secondly, I do agree with the notion that most fights go to the ground . Until next time, train like you mean it.
