[Espressomd-maintainer] [espresso] Two minor fixes (#49)

Clarifying the documentation of 'constraint rhomboid'. Tobias Steinle said the 
description wasn't precise enough.

Also shifted the LB grid points in the paraview output so that the coordinates 
are compatible with the ones from the particle output.
