Hi gents,

For the sake of Windows users I suggest adding below lines to the
installation notes:

    "On Windows `PyCrypto` installation will most likely fail if you don't have
    a C compiler configured as it's not a pure Python package. So it is advised
    to install a precompiled `PyCrypto` package from http:/
/www.voidspace.org.uk/python/modules.shtml#pycrypto
    before installing Fabric."
