If you get that message with every run() or sudo() (or if your
"myuser" is a different user than your normal user, and you get it
every time you specify *that* user when connecting or using sudo(cmd,
user="myuser")) then it's still probably something in your
.bashrc/.profile/.bash_profile.

If you want to send over those files that might provide a clue. (Feel
free to email me individually if you don't want them going to the
entire list.) Again, if this problem only happens when using sudo(cmd,
user="myuser") then please send over "myuser"'s files and not your
regular user's :)
