How to install flexisip-account-manager?

Hi,

I've been trying to install the flexisip-account-manager on CentOS 7 as described below, but I have no idea where the RPM is hosted.

BTW, I had similar issues with installing the bc-flexisip package as documented at https://wiki.linphone.org/xwiki/wiki/public/view/Flexisip/Installation/ from either the "stable" or "beta" repos at http://www.linphone.org/snapshots/centos/7. I finally discovered that only the "alpha" version of that was in that repo. I didn't see the flexisip-account-manager package in that repo at all.

What am I missing? Are the instructions incorrect or out of sync or am I misunderstanding something? I'm really focused on the flexisip-account-manager installation, configuration and usage at the moment, because I'm trying to automate remote provisioning of the Linphone app and I believe that's the service I need for that. Please advise.
