No Sound when making outgoing calls

Hi 

A user has complained that he cannot hear any sound when making outgoing calls. The platform he's using is Windows 10 and currently installed version 4.4.1 of the software. Because he is using a desktop he has connected a Micrtolab K290 headset. The sound is perfect for any incoming calls. I have tried to make changes to the codecs but that didn't resolve  the issue. I have also added the on the host file and disabled IPV6 without much success. I have also noticed how common the issue is.  Do you perhaps know what the solution is?
