[fluid-dev] 1.0.3 configure script buglet

I just spent quite a bit of time figuring out that
explicitly giving --enable-alsa-support to the fluidsynth
1.0.3 configure script causes it to *disable* ALSA support,
just as if --disable-alsa-support was given.  The line that
says
  enable_alsa_support=no
should be changed to
  enable_alsa_support=$enableval
(and similarly for OSS).  (Of course, what should actually
happen is that the autoconf stuff should be set up
properly...)

That said, fluidsynth is great: thanks much! :-)
