[fluid-dev] Finding realtime capability code in fluidsynth

Hello,

I thought that fluidsynth can, if run as root, assign itself some
realtime capabilities and prevent the system from paging it out.

However I can't find the code in fluidsynth source 1.0.3.

Is this ability truly there? If yes, could someone kindly point me to
the source file, or to the names of the calls that should be there?
