[fluid-dev] More FluidSynth fixes

Just confirmed and fixed a tuning bug that had been reported recently
and several times in the past.  Seems the sample fine tuning was being
added to the root note when it should be subtracted (its inverted in
respect to the root note).  Also committed Sean Bolton's big endian long
long patch.  

Just need to complete the fixes to the volume envelope (sustain and
release levels are too loud) and then I think another release is in
order.
