This does not work too:

$ amidi -l
Dir Device    Name
IO  hw:1,0,0  Keystation MIDI 1

$ fluidsynth -a pulseaudio -m alsa_raw -g 10 -r 48000  -O 
"midi.alsa.device=hw:1,0,0" /usr/share/sounds/sf3/default-GM.sf3
[.....]
ALSA lib rawmidi_hw.c:235:(snd_rawmidi_hw_open) open /dev/snd/midiC0D0 failed: 
No such file or directory
