I like this one the best, although I can't think what the 'C' could
stand for. Free and Open Roleplayng and Card Engine? No, that won't
work. But what will?

Another good one, but what could the 'T' stand for?

Not bad, but it doesn't have the same impact as FORGE, FORCE or FORTE.

We probably want to avoid associations with foulness :)

This might ahve the most possiblities: Free and Open Unified Roleplaying
game. Saying that, the system has nothing to do with the number '4'
which could be misleading.

Free and Open Xenogame? What is a Xenogame? Good question :)

Heeey!

Somre more FO* options:

FORE (boring but it fits 'Free and Open Roleplaying Engine')
FORM (Free and Open Roleplaying Mechanics?)
FORK (?)
FORUM (Free and Open Roleplaying Unified Mechanics?)
FACT
FACET
FAIR
FALL
FAST
FATE

OF* might work (although for philosophical reasons I prefer the emphasis
on free). More suggestions:

OFFAL (v. bad)
OFF (Open and Free Fantasy)
OFFER

Or:

ORG (Open Roleplaying Game)
FORG (Free and Open blah blah)
FROG (Free ROplaying Game)
FRAG (Free Roleplaying Action Game)
FRAY (Free Roleplaying Action Y?)
FRINGE
FROM

Alternatively, we could call it Free something:

Free Thought
Free Space
Free Action
Free Fantasy
