[Freefont-bugs] FreeMono: Box Drawing corrected

Hello,

I just realized that the glyphs in Box Drawing and Block Elements areas
should extend through ascender *and descender* width, and corrected it.
The same two areas in the FreeSerif still need to be corrected.
