Rich,
Can you help Hal here (you said you have a Windows version of bison). Hal is
using your FreeRUBY build of 1.7.3 -- could you build ripper.so and send it
to him.
ripper-0.5 http://i.loveruby.net/archive/ripper/ripper-0.0.5.tar.gz
Thanks,
Curt
PS
Hal, what version of VC++ do you have?

Subject: [FR-devel] ripper.so
In connection with the integration of the class browser:
I don't have bison or rbison or whatever.
Once I got the C output from bison, I'm not sure I'd
know how to compile properly. (I do have an old VC and
djgpp.)
Bottom line: I don't have ripper.so and ripper.rb and
I can't currently build them.

I hate Windows more and more. If it were not for a
half dozen killer apps that I use every day, I'd get
rid of it entirely.
I'm not even running dual-boot Linux at the moment.
To patch the editpane file, I had to:
- ftp and upload the file and the patchfile
- telnet in and apply the patch
- ftp and download the result
Yuck.
