[FR-users] FreeRIDE Bugs Page

There is now a second (anonymous) entry on the FreeRIDE 0.5.0 bugs page
complaining about something breaking between FXRuby versions 1.0.16 and
1.0.17. And as with the previous post, there are no details :(

Although I didn't intend to introduce any new bugs in the FXRuby 1.0.17,
that certainly could have happened. If you have any specifics about what you
think broke in FXRuby 1.0.17, please let me know so that I can address those
problems. I am trying to wrap up a new release that fixes some other bugs
I've fixed in the meantime.
