Freetalk has been supporting jabber proxies from the first release
itself. you can specifiy the jabber proxy address and port via
ft-set-server! and ft-set-port! or via /login (not /connect).

But i have not tested whether this works with http proxies (it works
with jabber proxies)

If it does not work with HTTP proxy, guess we need to add support.
