You didn't miss any message. I'm just too busy right now to complete
it, but I still intend to rewrite the T1 hinter for FT 2.0. Actually,
the code is near completion now but I'm currently divided among
several important projects and won't be fully available on FreeType
before the end of September :-(

In all cases, I don't think it will have an impact on your code,
unless you intend to use/provide specific hooks in the engine for
a Postscript interpreter ??
