Even non-enforceable patents may be used to bolster a threat of
enforcement. Have a ``look'' at the following audio document:


"I'm going to stick to talking about patent rights, starting off with the
legal principles: what they can and can't do in theory, but also (and what
I think is more important) the practical side of what patents can and
cannot do in practice, which is very different from the theory, as I hope
to show."
