OFE have been advocating swpat, which has got them a rebuke from one of
the founders of OSI at http://www.perens.com/Articles/Taylor/ Yes, OFE
have been causing problems for the free software movement.  Unlike OSI,
we actually are against them.

I'm not sure what the link is between them and the OSiE Conference is,
or even if there is one.  I'll ask the conference organiser.
