I've responded (despite it being on Survey Monkey which I really
dislike), particularly to the early stuff, but it goes on a bit, there
are a lot of RFC numbers to look up, I ran out of time and one can't
go back to finish it later.  Not particularly well done but at least
it's asking. :-/
