[FSF] September Free Software Supporter for translation, and, farewell!

Hello wonderful translators! As usual, I've attached the Free Software 
Supporter for translation. Also: this is my last day at the Free 
Software Foundation! It's been a pleasure working with all of you, and 
I'm so grateful for everything you've done to support us and the fight 
for free software. Future issues of the Supporter will be sent to you by 
my colleagues until my replacement is found -- if you have any 
questions, reach out to Zoe Kooyman at zoe@fsf.org or Greg Farough at 
gregf@fsf.org.
