[fxscintilla-users] Configure Failure under Suse 9.0

I've tried both 1.55 and 1.57 and both fail to configure under Suse 9.0.

The last few lines are:

checking fox/fx.h usability... yes
checking fox/fx.h presence... yes
checking for fox/fx.h... yes
checking for FOX library... yes
checking FOX version 1.0.x... no
checking FOX version 1.1.x... no
configure: error: Incompatible FOX version

The FOX library files are:

/usr/local/lib/libFOX-1.0.so.0
/usr/local/lib/libFOX-1.0.so.0.0.51
/usr/local/lib/libFOX.a
/usr/local/lib/libFOX.la
/usr/local/lib/libFOX.so

I searched the archive and found a similar problem that suggested a bypass of 
setting "/usr/local/lib" and "/usr/local/include" in the config file, but 
this had no effect.
