To use xcodebuild You need to install Xcode. To do that you need to download an
archive from https://developer.apple.com/download/all/
After thast this archive should be extracted into /Applications/Xcode.app for
example. And when you did it, you must use xcode-select to switch to installed
xcode version.
Thus, at some point you also must agree with additional lincese.
