That will only help with the GCC problems, but not with the MingW64...
Gforth needs Cygwin to compile on Windows (due to Unix dependencies), and 64
bit Cygwin is still "not quite ready" or so. Maybe you can give it a try,
they finally have started doing something about 64 bit Cygwin:
