Does anybody know Turkish free software groups / clubs / activists?

Hello.

Some Turkish activist who has has lived in France for many years would
like to get in contact with somebody from the free software community in
Turkey.

Some of the people we met at GHM 2022 may have some suggestion.  Do you
happen to know about groups, clubs or formal or informal organisations?
