[PATCH] Gnu Glean more build system patches

Hello Alex,

I'm honestly not sure how many patches you'll receive from me as I often
skirt from one project to another, usually only leaving one or two patch
sets.

The code in Glean seems much nicer then anything I could craft so I very
much would appreciate you reviewing my patches if you're able to.

Personally, I dislike web browsers and would prefer you didn't use
gitlab, but I will do whatever makes you happy.

I'm happy to do this through email.  Alternatively, If you gave me commit
access I could work on a feature branch and ask you to fast-forward the
master branch after a review.  That would save you the hassle of
downloading patches from an email.
