[glob2-devel] Alpha8 has been released

Alpha8 has been released. Some planed features have been reported to alpha9:
- DX9 backend (Seb, still alive ?)
- New alliance screen

Still, there is a lot of changes:

- Improved OpenGL backend, more usable, full double buffering support in GUI
- New graphics
- New musics
- New gradient subsystem, much faster on big maps
- New load/save (serialization) structure
- IRC client that connects to #glob2 on freenode while on YOG
- New eyes-candy effects on GUI
- AINumbi fixed
- AICAstor fixed
- Lots of bugs fixed

I do not have much time, so I let the community do the announcement on the 
classicals channels (freshmeat, happypenguin, etc etc... look at the Wiki for
