the username in the metaserver is a char[32] but I don't think it's checked
anywhere, I'm looking into it. (in glob2 itself the name of the yog username
is capped at 33 characters???)
a quick workaround would be limiting the size of the input field in glob2...
but that's not exactly a solution.
