yes, and they don't even have to overlap, they can even just be touching.
Another couple of bugs:

you can press 'a' at any time to upgrade a building, even if there isn't
a school build to upgrade it, well you know what I mean.
to produce: start a game, build an inn, press a.

for some reason when I run in opengl mode with a terminal open in the
background, if I shift+tab while in the chan to the terminal and back to
the game, then start playing, the blue on the right won't show guys
wandering around. about 15 or so pixles to the left of the blue bar guys
and buildings will just fall off of the screen

the addy to those screenshots and logs is back up, I forgot I took my
server down (can't remember if I said that or not).

I know of more bugs, just can't remember them right now. when I do I'll
post them.
