You can get the updated campaign by doing a ./syncmaps and the updated code 
by: cvs up
The only part I've not applied (and that was a bit tricky because modifying a 
binary patch is not possible) is the one on configure.in: setting 
optimisation is the decision of the one who compiles. Glob2 should not 
enforce any optimisation level.
