[glob2-devel] more in game notices on errors

how hard would it be to have dialouge boxes pop up on some of the 
errors, such as when buildings.txt differs when you try to join a game, 
it could say something like "Your versions differ, please upgrade and 
try again" or when it desyncs instead of the game crashing it brings up 
a box like the one where you win that says "you've desynced"

I bet other players hate when the game crashes, at least knowing that it 
desynced would make them happier
