YOG is operational locally, but the server isn't running. Brad needs to work out with Apple and Drazak to get the right ports, and permissions to run the server. Shouldn't take more than a week (hopefully).
(you might try reading some of Brad emails, they explain a fair bit including this and the deleting old maps :P )
