Hi,

yes the gcc-4.1.2 needs a few patches applied to it.  You can either
do these by hand (they are located in gm2/patches/gcc/4.1.2/) or
alternatively download a prepatched gcc-4.1.2 and gm2 grafted together
from:

http://floppsie.comp.glam.ac.uk/download/c/gcc-4.1.2+gm2-cvs-latest.tar.gz
