After an episode of bluntly trying to install the gm2 latest tarball on
x86 OpenBSD4.8 gentoo PPC HP Parisc OpenBSD 4.8 I am happy to announce I
got GM2 working on an UltraSparc server running OpenBSD4.8 with gmake and
pth (gnu pthreads) installed. The compile exited error 2 because it was
unable to make man pages and texinfo. As that seemed trivial to me in this
case I just did a gmake install and it did the trick. GM2 on ultrasparc is
up and running.
