[Gm2] GM2 build: Debian Testing (Jessie) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Hello,

 

I have rebuilt gm2 on my Debian testing (Jessie) box,

Linux cvs-sys 3.10-2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.10.7-1 (2013-08-17) x86_64 GNU/Linux

using the latest tarball (Jan 24).
