[Gm2] tarball generation fixed

Hi,

I believe the tarball generation is now correct - tarballs are created
for 4.1.2, 4.7.4, 5.2.0 and 5.3.0 branches.  The 5.2.0 and 5.3.0 will
fail to build as they are work in progress.  The 4.1.2 and 4.7.4 now
have 6 more test failures as I've introduced more test code to highlight
the div/mod error reported this week.

I've set up floppsie to check for any git pushes each hour and if
appropriate rebuild the tarball associated with the branch
