I've looked around and I can't seem to find the source files available
for our current branding...

Like is there an .svg of the insignia?

I think the SVG of the logo should be available in the current system (2.3?) desktop theme, but I found a thread in the users mailing with a link to the SVG[1].
 

And is the font a custom one, or is the full set available?

I haven't found anything about the font yet.
