[gNewSense-art] Galaxia 1.1.0 released

Hi,

I just released Galaxia 1.1.0 [1] for gNewSense GNU/Linux 3, aka Parkes. The
following is a summary of the changes in this version.

* Added language selection widget to MoinMoin theme. This is related to

  gNewSense task #12770 [2].

* Moved gNewSense custom footer directly to the theme footer. This change renders

  obsolete the use of the "page_footer1" attribute located in the configuration file of
  gNewSense's MoinMoin instance.

You can see the new language selection widget in the demo video [3].
