Log message:
        - Don't add stuff to $LIBS in configure.in, every program and module 
would
          link to it (that includes libusb and libbluetooth)
        - Link the Postgres smsd module against libpq
        - Rename the smsd modules to libsmsd_name.so, to avoid conflicts with
          system-wide libraries
        - Fix libdl function use, we need g_module_error()
