Problem with gnokiid and 6150

Hi there,

I can succesfully use gnokii and xgnokii programs with my Nokia 6150
phone. 
Only the modem interface (gnokiid) seems to be problem.

When I write "gnokiid" to terminal, phone responds with following message: 
accessory connected. However when I try to use my modem script, nothing 
happens.

Following messages appears to /var/log/masseges:

My /etc/gnokiirc -file is following:

Does anybody have good ideas what goes wrong?
