Web interface, and incoming routing

Hi all.

I have just installed gnokii, and I am just playing around, but I have been
tasked with setting up a web interface so that all the users in the company
can use the web interface to send sms' to selected phones, and I need to set
up rules to redirect incoming sms' to users mailboxes. (The forwarding
criteria should be the from number. These rules will be pretty much
standard.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me pointers on where to
start and what needs to be done. (scripts will be even more helpful :) - I
can hope, can't I)

I am running a Redhat 7.2 machine (apache, sendmail)
