No, it is a 'generic' "connection" driver calling by "common/devices.c",
nothing CIMD-specific there, it should work with any phone driver although.
This TCP connection was tested only with CIMD driver though.

(If you are confused by the patch part for "cimd.c" it is just to fix my CIMD
driver to not to be hardcoded for "serial" driver as before - you can safely
drop that "cimd.c" part of the patch if you don't have CIMD, of course.)
