gsm-bitmaps.c is years and years old.  I think I copied stuff to make
gsm-filetypes.c from bits in gsm-bitmaps and gsm-ringtones.  Both are by
necessity rather messy because nokias bitmap formats are so varied - but
they did 'grow' as new stuff was discovered so I've no doubt they could do
with a rewrite.....
